Downtown Africa
This proverb is one truth that reminds us of the saying “it is only the one wearing the shoe that knows where it hurts”. We all goes through circumstances in life but many people look at others from the surface and they compare their lives with the life of those people, and downgrade themselves till they lose their self-esteem, forgetting that those people they look up to have their own problems they live with every day but have decided not to be drowned by it. Of a truth no one can ever know what another person maybe going through except that person, you can only know what you are facing, so you must remember this and be strong to walk through your challenges rather than fixing your eyes on others and comparing your lives with theirs.
