This proverb irons out the importance of having a good character as humans, both male and female. No matter how successful and good looking a person is, having a good character always supersedes everything. It’s more like eating and not taking water after the meal, that would cause one to choke because water always goes with every meal, so also does our character summarise our personally. Without a good character a successful person will end up frustrated, but even a poor person with a good character will end up with good success. So our character is the most important achievement we need in this world.
